Shipping and Delivery

Everything Timegravity Labs Private Limited sells is digital. Nothing is shipped physically, there are no couriers, and we never charge a shipping or delivery fee.

1. Credits

Credits are added to your Timegravity account as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. You use them by signing in at timegravity.ai with the email address you paid with. If your credits have not appeared within one hour, email contact@timegravity.ai with your payment reference and we will sort it out.

2. Receipts

A receipt is emailed to your account email address immediately after payment. Your past receipts are also in your account.

3. Consulting and custom model development

These are delivered as agreed in the engagement, by email or in a shared workspace. They are billed by invoice and not bought on this website.

4. Certificates and licence keys

None of the products that would be delivered this way have launched. When they do: a certificate for a paid AI certification, and a licence key and installer download for Shield, are emailed to your account email address within 24 hours of payment. Nothing is posted.

5. Where we deliver

Our products are delivered online, so they reach you wherever you can sign in. There is no delivery area and no delivery time beyond what is written above.

6. If something does not arrive

Email contact@timegravity.ai. We reply within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, see our Cancellation and refunds policy.
