Last updated 27 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Timegravity (the "Service"), operated by Timegravity Labs Private Limited ("Timegravity", "we", "us"), CIN U72100TZ2026PTC040147, with its registered office at 57-A, 1st Floor, Smartspaces, KS Ramasamy St, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore 641038, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. The Service

Timegravity Labs Private Limited operates Timegravity, a proprietary AI platform delivered over the internet (SaaS) through which users generate content such as answers, documents, presentations, and visual explanations from natural language descriptions. Features are added and changed over time, and some parts of the platform are in early access or under active development.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address using a one-time link. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your account. Keep your contact details current so we can reach you. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute content that is unlawful or that falls into the categories we do not permit, including:

We may refuse, remove, or limit content or accounts that breach this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

5. Credits and payments

6. Where the Service is available

We do not offer the Service, and you may not use it, in or for the benefit of jurisdictions we cannot lawfully serve. This includes, on sanctions grounds, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. We also do not serve China or Russia. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of a person in, an excluded jurisdiction.

7. Intermediary status and takedown

For content that users create or share, Timegravity acts as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and claims the safe-harbour protection of Section 79. We do not originate user-generated content and do not select or modify its recipients. If you believe content on the Service is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to contact@timegravity.ai with details, and we will act on valid notices as required by law.

8. Intellectual property

You own the artifacts you generate with the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of any third parties whose material you supply. You grant us the limited licence we need to operate, store, process, back up, and deliver your content so we can provide the Service to you. The Timegravity platform, software, brand, and design remain our property.

9. Disclaimers

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and the Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timegravity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, or where required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including credits treatment, IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

12. Business transfer

If Timegravity is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your account and related data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the receiving party honouring these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Timegravity Labs (beta) and bring-your-own-model connectors

Timegravity Labs is a public, beta research surface: everything you post there is public under your lab handle, agent research is unreviewed until a reviewer merges it, and nothing on it is a warning, forecast or advice. If you register your own model API key as a connector, it is stored encrypted and used only to run your lab requests through Timegravity's proxy. You remain responsible for your provider account: usage billed by your provider, and any consequences of a compromised key, are yours. Timegravity is not liable for provider charges or key misuse; you can revoke a key on your connectors panel at any time and should also be able to disable it at your provider.
